The OSBN-REAO Provincial Executive is comprised of secondary school students across Ontario. Executives are responsible for managing OSBN-REAO’s portfolio of programs and initiatives, ensuring the strength of the Network’s deliverables and growth.
Eligibility:
Executive experience in an Ontario school business chapter committed to the Network, past or current year (excl. Curriculum Directors)
In grade 9-12

Special Departments

The Executive General collaborates with and holds accountable the other Special Department and Chief Cluster Officers. They must be constantly vigilant to ensure the organization is running smoothly while still operating in line with its mission. Some specific duties they have include holding executive meetings to delegate tasks, managing organization infrastructure, and regularly checking in with other officers.

The Communications Officer is responsible for managing and promoting the OSBN-REAO newsletter. They must not only communicate updates regarding organizational programs and initiatives, but also hold accountable general work toward publishing articles for member reading and engagement.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for chapter/executive/member onboarding and organizing case study session requests between event leads and trainees, and assigning hours. They are also charged with ensuring a safe and equitable environment, dealing with relevant issues within OSBN-REAO.

The Logistics Officer is responsible for planning organization-wide events, namely OSBN-REAO's 2025 Winter Case Competition. They work closely to manage logistical and technical issues regarding the case vault, and are directly accountable for OSBN-REAO's Ambassador Team.

The Media Officer manages the OSBN-REAO social media presence, primarily Instagram. They must analyze and develop online marketing campaigns, coordinating brand efforts to increase organizational visibility and engagement.

The Outreach Officer oversees the development of chapter and organizational partnerships. They are responsible for managing the LinkedIn page, inviting chapters to the network, and must have the initiative to seek to secure sponsorships to fund OSBN-REAO's administrative and program expenses.
The Special Department officers run the critical auxiliary functions of the organization. They are responsible for making significant decisions regarding the growth and direction of OSBN-REAO that will support the cluster departments and their training programs.
Approximate time commitment: 5 - 7 hours / week
Chief Cluster Officers
Chief Cluster Officers manage the events and content within their cluster across multiple programs including articles, material creation, and the resource drive. They ensure smooth communication between the levels of leadership within the organization, and also work alongside Ambassadors to procure relevant materials.

Ambassadors
Ambassadors primarily work with the Logistics Officer to head the organization and development of study resources pertaining to the resource drive. They may also work with members of the Chief Cluster Officers, for instance assessing case studies or helping publish articles to ensure that network members are adequately equipped with the ideas they need to succeed.
Approximate time commitment: 2 - 3 hours / week
